Overview
A multi-vendor marketplace where independent sellers list products, manage stock and receive payouts, while the operator controls catalogue quality and commissions.
Challenge
Vendors were selling through scattered social channels with no shared inventory, inconsistent pricing and manual order tracking.
Solution
One marketplace with vendor onboarding, a shared catalogue, integrated payments and automated payouts, plus an operator dashboard for moderation and reporting.
UX strategy
Separate journeys for shoppers, vendors and operators. Checkout was reduced to a single page, and vendor onboarding was split into short, resumable steps.

Development
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, starting with the order and payment flow as the riskiest part.
Testing
Automated API tests for payment and payout logic, plus manual exploratory testing of every checkout path before release.
Deployment
Containerized services deployed through CI/CD with staging and production environments and rollback on failure.
Results
- Single catalogue for all vendors
- Automated vendor payouts
- Operator dashboard for moderation and reporting
